Wonderful staff, any request was dealt with immediately. Extremely comfortable beds.
Lack of internet in rooms, although you are allowed 45 mins. free per day to use in the lobby. For business, internet is crucial.

The food was ok, the rooms are nice.
The safety was not the best thing in this hotel, we had to move to another hotel because we couldnt access the pool in a safe manner for my wife and the gym was moved to one small guest room with not much to do and for sure dont ask about the Spa it doesnt exist. we did not feel confortable at all, this hotel could not be rated 5 stars at all and should not be named Sheraton. it wa lousy and will never book there again.

The hotel is on the west bank of the Nile overlooking two tributaries of this iconic river. The views from the room at the front of the hotel were excellent across the city during the day, and even more magical at night with everything lit up.
It was not until we had booked the hotel that a message appeared on our confirmation e-mail to say that several of the Restaurants and Facilities were closed for renovation (for another 6 months). The hotel was clean and refurbishment noise was minimal. However, there were major renovations being carried out all over the hotel. We were on the 10th floor with a Nile-view room but were still kept awake by the bass-thump from the hotel's own nightclub/lounge on the river (Stilletto). This was even louder than the constant honk of horns from the very busy road/bridge close by (24 hrs a day).

Comfortable room with great views of the Nile and Giza pyramids.
Location slightly less central than those on the downtown side of the Nile but still easy to get around.

Location it's near downtown
The room is the not vacuumed and it’s full of dust also the balcony is completely dirty and chairs there needs to replaced No water cattleI in the room and if we require a tea or coffee which is complementary there is a delivery charges !!!! of @5 Egyptian pounds this is not expected from a 5 star hotel . A hot water in a pot is provided however if you require a flask you need to pay 12 Egyptian pounds . I’m really dissatisfied with the hotel
